Problems with the recording

Hi, we´re always suffering problems with the recording of our classes.

The students can access to the recording but they aren´t be able to watch the full class, because at half or maybe less…you´re watching the recording and suddenly goes to black and no audio… We have suffered this in the last 3-4 courses and it´s very frustrating for the students and for us… are you able to recover the full recording?¿?

We would like to inform you that the recording issue has been resolved. You will no longer face the issue with the the recording stuck or screen goes blank while viewing the recording.
