screen sharing

when I want to share my screen I get the message I need to install the wiziq desktop app. the app is installed, but it refers me back to accessing wiziq from the internet. and again when i went to share my screen I get the message to install the app. and so it goes on in circles.

please advise


Dear Christa,

I would request you to uninstall and re-install the application. And after scheduling the class, please launch the class from browser. The class will be launch from WizIQ desktop application, and try again. If the issue still persists, kindly drop an email on for further troubleshooting the issue.
