Important Update for WizIQ Users in Pakistan: WizIQ Virtual Classroom Downtime

This is to inform you that due to a recent and sudden change in the policies of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the WizIQ users in Pakistan are unable to access the WizIQ Virtual Classroom.

 
We have been informed by our Internet Service Provider (ISP) that our Internet Protocol (IP) has been blocked by PTA for some unspecified reason, along with several other IPs of various organizations. This is preventing users in the region from accessing the Virtual Classroom.


While we are in talks with PTA, trying to get them to whitelist our IP, the WizIQ users in Pakistan may not be able to access the Virtual Classroom until further notice.

 
We assure you that the efforts are underway to resolve this issue at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience that the downtime may have caused you.

And We Are Back! Access to WizIQ Virtual Classroom Restored in Pakistan



In case you haven’t noticed it already, we would like to inform you that the access to the WizIQ Virtual Classroom has been restored for the WizIQ users in Pakistan. The users can now have an uninterrupted access to the Virtual Classroom and all its features.

For those of you who are not familiar with the issue, some background might help. The WizIQ users in Pakistan were unable to access the Virtual Classroom for some time due to a sudden change in the policies of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
