• This message shows when your email address and password don’t match while trying to sign-in. 
  • It is best to re-check the email and password you entered for any type. 
  • You must also make sure that the email you entered is the one you have used to create your account on WizIQ.

And, if above solution doesn’t work to retrieve the password, you will then need to change/reset the password and may refer to the following steps to do:

1. Click on the Forgot Password? link.

2. Write your email address and click on the Submit button.

3. Your password is sent to your email address. Again, you must have a verified email address.
