If you are unable to find the file that you uploaded during a live class, it is either not uploaded to your Content Library or it is under processing. You need to first upload files to your Content Library which then undergo processing before they are available in the Virtual Classroom. Sometimes, processing takes some time. As soon as processing is complete, your file can be seen in the Virtual Classroom.
However, there are times when you are unable to access your file in the Virtual Classroom because the file processing fails, which could be because of the following reasons:
- It is a read-only or password-protected file.
- You tried uploading the file using a bad Internet connection.
- The file size exceeds the permissible limit.
In all of the above-mentioned cases, the file can’t be accessed in the Virtual Classroom.
