Follow these steps to test your peripheral devices in the Virtual Classroom:

  • Under Microphone Settings in the Device Settings window, select the appropriate audio device from the dropdown menu and click the Test Microphone button. Speak for a few seconds to record your voice. The recorded voice will automatically play back to you. Check if you can hear your voice clearly.
  • Under Video Settings in the Device Settings window, select the appropriate video device from the dropdown menu. After you select a functional video device, you will see the live video in the window. Check the video quality.
  • Click the Test Speaker button. Music will be played. If you are able to hear the music clearly, your speakers are working properly.
