The Raise hand feature is available to students or attendees so that they can get the attention of the presenter or teacher to get their queries answered during a live class, just as they would do in a conventional classroom.

If you are a teacher or presenter in the Virtual Classroom and you receive a Raise hand notification from an attendee, you are supposed to acknowledge it by clicking the Acknowledge button and initiating a conversation with the attendee to address his/her concern or query.

To display and click the Acknowledge button, you can either click the Raise hand notification at the bottom of the Classroom or click the attendee’s name in the Attendee List.

When you click the Acknowledge button, the attendee gets a notification that you have seen his/her request. Subsequently, you can use various modes of communication like audio-video interaction or chat to address the queries or concerns.
