If you uploaded content or a file to your Content Library, but can’t access it in the Virtual Classroom, it can be due to the following reasons:

 


      1.  File processing has failed.  It usually fails due to the following reasons:
  • It is a “Read-only” file.
  • File is password-protected.
  • File is unreadable.
  • The permissible file size is exceeded.

     2.  File processing is still in progress. You need to wait for the file processing to be completed.
