If you are unable to join the online class and get this message, “You have been signed out of the session”, it could be because of the following reasons:
- Someone else has joined the class by signing in with your WizIQ username and password. Multiple sign-in for a single account is not allowed.
- The class URL/link which was shared with you by the presenter or teacher to join the class is being used by someone else to attend the class. Multiple individuals can’t join the class using the same class URL or link.
