If you are a Windows user and are unable to access the Screen Sharing feature in the browser-based Virtual Classroom, you should download and install the WizIQ Desktop App for Windows to access the Virtual Classroom and share your screen.
The WizIQ Desktop App provides a better Virtual Classroom experience and various benefits, such as class recordings in video (mp4) format, freedom from browser-related issues, and more.
However, if you are a Macintosh (Mac) user, you can continue to use the browser-based Virtual Classroom to share your screen. To use the Screen Sharing feature, you need to ensure that you have the right version of Java™ installed on your computer and your Java security settings are set to medium.

Once you have performed the above-mentioned steps, click the Screen button in the Virtual Classroom to share your screen. A Security Warning window will appear.
Check the checkbox on the window and click Run. When you click Run, another Security Window opens. Click Allow to share your screen.
• Java is installed, but not enabled
Sometimes, you are not able to access screen sharing because Java™ is installed on your computer, but it is not enabled in your browser. It’s necessary to enable Java™ in your browser to share your screen in the Virtual Classroom. To enable Java™ in your browser, follow the steps listed here.
