If you can’t hear any audio when you play your class recording, it could be because of the following reasons:
- Your system speakers are muted while the recording is being played.
- The system speakers and/or microphone were either muted or not working when the class recording was in progress. You need to ensure that your system speakers and microphone are working properly if you would like to record the audio during your live class.
